How will you make a difference to PMI?
In this role you will be accountable for the development and execution of PMI’s social media campaigns. You will work with your team members and cross-functional stakeholders to execute our activities that will support our overall social media strategy in order to drive high customer engagement. In addition, you will be responsible for interacting with and reviewing of work products from external vendors
What You’ll Bring To The Role
You will serve as the SME for Marketing and project teams, for a variety of social media platforms which includes campaigns to drive behaviors for key stakeholders.
You will implement appropriate measurement/testing plans and identify opportunities to improve social program/campaign analysis and reporting efficiencies.
You will manage and assess weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for organic social activities that offer data-driven and actionable recommendations.
You will understand the impact/implications of key issues/events within the marketing segments and other supported business areas.
You will partner to attract and interact with target customer segments and engage influencers to reach broader audiences.
Job Requirements
BA in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, brand management or a related degree
Understanding of how to represent organization initiatives across a variety of communication channels
Stay up-to-date on the latest customer behavior and industry trends
Experience working with and managing agencies beneficial
Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and qualitative analytics
Ability to execute multiple projects with a proactive and adaptive mindset
Ability to work collaboratively and combine ideas to best benefit a variety of stakeholders
Strong ability to think creatively
Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
