Contribute to the development and execution of our global social media strategy.
Assist in the creation and curation of social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Support the team in identifying new creator partnership opportunities and assist in executing the creator partnership program.
Moderate social media communities and engage with the audience through comments, DMs and interactions on relevant content.
Monitor social media channels and conduct competitive research for relevant trends and up-to-date news.
Provide support on corporate thought-leadership LinkedIn strategy.
Event Coordination
Support pre- and post-event logistics for owned and sponsored events, ensuring seamless execution.
Support the team to plan and execute event strategies, including trade shows, webinars, conferences and owned events.
Coordinate event materials, booth setup and planning and post-event follow-up to measure the success of each event.
Support the coordination and sending of client gifts to speaking partners.
Assist in developing pre- and post-event sales communications, event briefs and guidelines to ensure sales team alignment in partnership with team leads.
Media Relations
Conduct journalist and publication research to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
Collaborate with the team to develop story and outreach ideas for media coverage.
Maintain ongoing journalist and publication database.
Support competitive media monitoring, social listening and analysis to provide recommendations for outreach.
Additional Marketing Team Support
Provide additional support to the Communications Team and broader Marketing Team as necessary.
Qualifications

Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting.

2+ years of experience in marketing, PR or related roles is considered an asset.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field is considered an asset.
