Compensation Range

Senior Marketing Specialist
Anywhere Integrated Services is searching for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives related to new business concepts, products and services, and strategic sales support. The position reports to the Vice President, Marketing and will initiate and manage projects in close collaboration with other members of the Marketing team and business units.
The Senior Marketing Specialistwill Be Responsible For
- Planning, developing, implementing and measuring all aspects of marketing initiatives to build business and drive revenue for the company’s title and escrow brands and related businesses, working with minimal supervision based on input, direction and feedback provided by Marketing management, internal clients and subject matter experts
- Prioritizing the use of relevant digital channels to optimize marketing efficiency and ROI
- Ensuring that marketing programs and campaigns are developed in close alignment with national sales strategies; building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal clients
- Contributing to a content development strategy that conveys relevant messaging and information to targeted real estate agent and consumer audience segments while ensuring consistent presentation of the company’s brand and value proposition across channels
- Copywriting for email communications, websites, social media, marketing collateral and other marketing assets
- Coordinating the communication and distribution of internal and external marketing assets
- Managing timely and accurate reporting and analysis of digital marketing activities
- Tracking project requests and status through our project management system and providing regular, timely updates to sales and business leaders
- Collaborating with the Product and Technology teams and other internal and external resources
- Other duties as assigned by management

- Experience in the real estate or title and settlement industries is strongly preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in a marketing project management role or similar marketing background with demonstrated experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, copywriting and project organization
- Proficient in both the creative and technical aspects of marketing, with a track record of developing and executing measurable marketing programs through digital channels
- Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to interact with sales team members and business leaders in a professional and proactive manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with confidence
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and plans to team members, internal clients and management
- Experience in Microsoft 365 required
