We are Threecolts, a leading software suite for Amazon businesses! We acquire, launch, and grow Ecommerce software. We are well capitalized to be able to take our business to the next level. We are scaling quickly and have over 100 team members speaking 17 different languages in over 33 countries across 5 continents who all collaborate together to drive our passion for success.
We're building the tools for online commerce that help new businesses get started, expedite growth for existing companies, and empower sellers to reach new heights. We are a completely remote team spread across the world, with a deep passion for making the web a more beautiful, usable, and reliable place.
We're looking for an expert writer needed to create core site content for a wide variety of Ecommerce SaaS products. The main focus will be on generating landing pages showcasing specific product features, though you will also be called on to write homepages, case studies, About Us pages, and similar content. This is a fully remote job.
Key Responsibilities
- Write concise, engaging content that converts readers into customers.
- Create content that synergizes with visuals such as illustrations, screenshots, GIFs and videos. This will include working closely with the design team, as visuals will often be created in tandem with your writing.
- Generate compelling sales materials based on less accessible product feature descriptions, documentation, and internal announcements.
- Identify and communicate new selling points, matching new and existing features to untapped markets and customer needs.
- Optimize content for provided keywords without damaging its sales effectiveness.
- Write SEO content to go with each page, such as meta descriptions and alt text.
- Collaborate with product teams on SEO, keeping them informed when requested changes will harm optimization and reviewing your content once published to ensure it is correctly optimized.
- Work effectively with a wide variety of teams with different standards, cultural backgrounds, and levels of proficiency in English.
- Build strong working relationships that encourage the open exchange of ideas and information to make each page the best it can be.
- Respond positively to unpredictable feedback with a willingness to make changes and diligently carry out required revisions.
Necessary Qualifications - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING:- You must include a cover letter and an updated Portfolio of website content or other sales materials with proven history of converting readers into customers at the time of application. Failure to do so will automatically disqualify you from the position.
- Fast learning ability and strong memory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience interviewing others a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience Nice to Have- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Business, or a related field

- CMSs like Webflow, Ghost, HubSpot or WordPress Design tools like Figma and Canva (for collaborating with designers—no design work is expected from you)
