ob Summary:
The Growth Development Lead is responsible for developing, diversifying and implementing the strategic fundraising and growth direction of the organization to increase financial support in line with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Works with the CEO and Finance Committee to determine the growth goals and priorities of the organization.
· Staffs the Strategic Partnership/Fund Development Committee.
· Recommends annual monetary goals and budgets according to short- and long-term goals.
· Establishes fundraising objectives in alignment with monetary goals for the organization, setting one year, three year, and longer-term goals.
· Oversees the fundraising process and maintains records of receipts and disbursements of funds.
· Researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partners and grant funding opportunities.
· Maintains a list of potential financial donors including corporations, foundations, sponsoring partners and event sponsors.
· Builds new donor relationships while maintaining ongoing ones.
· Writes content to earn grants, new audiences and better relationships with donors and other corporations.
· Applies for grants and public funding opportunities.
· Uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data driven measurements to report progress of fundraising efforts.
· Collaborates and coordinates with internal staff to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business.
· Five years of experience in fundraising, sales and marketing for a nonprofit organization highly preferred.
· Experience in donor stewardship; event mgmt.
· Extensive knowledge of fundraising strategies and principles.
· Excellent management and supervisory skills.
