Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to users of the TiffinStash platform. This includes responding to customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support when necessary. The role also involves providing timely and accurate information to customers as well as keeping records of customer interactions.


Details:

  • Location: Remote (India)
  • Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
  • Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 INR per month: Based on Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Technical Support skills
  • Ability to analyze complex information and provide logical solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with a CRM system, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
