Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Researcher (not Designer). The User Experience Researcher will be responsible for conducting UX research, and design thinking to gather user feedback on user friendliness and ease-of-use of UXArmy product and be the go to person for UX Research consultation in the organisation. The User Experience Researcher will also analyze data and present findings to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UX research, preferably on SaaS product in a Startup setting
- Hands-on Experience in Designing and conducting Unmoderated Usability testing, online Surveys
- Hands-on Experience in Designing and conducting Unmoderated Card Sort and Tree Test
- Some hands-on Experience in Interaction design (Lo-Fi) of Mobile and Web User interfaces.
- Ability to design and conduct user research independently.
- Experience with remote user testing tools / platforms is a must.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
- Knowledge of using Figma is a must. Design of UI is not in scope.
- Sets high standards and strives for excellence for own deliverables as well as of other colleagues.
- Experience with statistical analysis and advanced survey tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to clients
- At least Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HCI, Psychology, or Design
Responsibilities
- Take initiatives to Conduct Perform user research for in-house product
- Execute Client User research projects from time to time
- Be the key reviewer of product specifications for in-house product
- Benchmark and offer market insights for in-house product.
- Own the current and evolving market landscape map and maintain it.
- Create and publish UX case studies, customer success stories.
- Lead the creation of effective UX Research related content for marketing initiatives
- Review Sales content from a UX Research perspective
