This role is 100% virtual and you can work from anywhere with a flexible schedule (preferably on Eastern Time Zone) -- all you need is a laptop and an Internet connection.

Someone who lives, breathes, eats, sleeps and dreams — Helping Others through Client Success — and wants to express their proven soft & coaching skills.

You'll be working closely with some of the sharpest Financial, Insurance & Lending Advisors & Business Owners and high level Execs over Zoom, onboarding new clients with 1-on-1 coaching sessions, showing them how to use our product, supporting them through their journey on our Private Community, and -- once clients achieve success -- collecting success stories and renew them as clients.

Context: We're a fast-growth Consulting Company helping Financial, Insurance & Lending advisors grow their business consistently and predictably by helping them generate 11-22 virtual appointments per month with their ideal prospects using our SLS Framework Mastermind (our online course).

We’ve changed the lives of over 110+ Financial, Insurance & Lending Advisors and have a goal to scale our community to 1000+ students & 500-800k+/month and $6-10M+/year in Sales.

WHO IS THIS FOR?:

You should have:

[-] Experience as a CSM or Coaching client (current or past) and a burning desire to help the people and make a dent in society.

[-] Experience talking to Financial, Insurance & Lending Advisors & Business Owners and high level Execs.

[-] Have a hunger for personal growth and a highly coachable personality, who prefers to follow a proven process for success.

[-] Desires to be a part of client-first culture and a part of a fast growth company based off of customer obsession, respect, personal responsibility, fun, and celebrating your teammates’ wins, client’s wins, as well as your own.

[-] Outstanding at identifying their own errors, self-correcting them, and doesn’t require consistent coaching to produce exceptional results (by helping and supporting students through their journey).

[-] Excellent independent self starter, self-motivator who can also collaborate with me (Bilal) and our sales managers to improve upon our internal processes and client success journey.

[-] Empathetic, passionate, and big heart for helping others.

[-] Methodical; you love routine, catching subtleties & nuances, and pay attention to the small details -- you get absolutely lit up about any improvement to become a better person.
