Greenlight Guru is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented relationship builder with the thirst to be in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the Greenlight Guru Partner ecosystem in their assigned portfolio, as part of the Partner Team. You are a self-starter with high standards and attention to detail, and have an ability to prioritize and respond to the needs of the partner ecosystem.
The PAM position spans a range of go-to-market initiatives and partnering motions in managing partner relationships to drive business flow to Greenlight Guru. This role requires a “can-do” mentality with the desire to learn, and a thirst for innovation to drive growth. Serving as an integral player in our partner organization, the PAM reports to the Manager of Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow partnerships with providers related to the MedTech segment
- Manage a portfolio of assigned partner relationships with emphasis on business development and pipeline creation to exceed sales goals as part of the Greenlight Guru Partner Program
- Generate inbound leads through proactive engagement and joint go-to-market demand generation
- Maintain and nurture a lead pipeline and new business bid calendar, in collaboration with partners
- Provide sales cycle support to Sales as needed, by engaging in deals related to partner leads
- Identify, evaluate and sign new partner prospects into the Greenlight Guru Partner Program
- Ensure assigned partners are onboarded and maintain required training, by collaborating with Enablement and other cross-team functional areas
- Establish annual and quarterly plans with assigned partners to meet stated business goals
- Track, trend, and report on identified channel metrics as part of the Partner Program
- Assist in building out partner programs by working across product, marketing and sales
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years experience in a business development or partner management role, working with partner motions including referral, co-sell, reseller and services arrangements
- A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through business development
- Strong project management, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships while driving desired metrics
- Passion for learning and solving problems to deliver solutions, with a positive outlook
- Demonstrable success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in Salesforce CRM, MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approximately, 10%)
- Experience in MedTech and/or Clinical Study solutions, a plus

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
