This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an industry-leading platform and make a significant impact at a growing company. Inktavo was started by combining expertise and innovation of former industry competitors.


Your Role

Our small businesses use Inktavo to manage their company's workflow. When they sign up, we have to help implement Inktavo with best practices. You'll be responsible for the well-being of their business, driving upgrades, and managing churn, to keep our customers happy.


For You
  • Proactively reach out to customers to help successfully utilize Inktavo's features and best practices
  • Interact with customers on the verge of cancelation with the end goal of meeting their needs and mitigating churn
  • Walking customers through post-sale demonstrations of Inktavo to get them set up and working alongside their existing processes
  • Upsell customers on relevant product add-ons and subscription tier upgrades when it makes sense
  • Assist with training customers and their departments when using Inktavo

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
