We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join Minerva, an early-stage startup in the fintech space. You will be at the forefront of driving customer success, responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and objectives, leveraging your expertise to propose tailored solutions that meet their needs. Leveraging your previous experience in startups and product-based B2B environments, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between our clients and solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions directly impact our growth trajectory. The role will be a part of the GTM team This is a full-time remote role, with occasional (quarterly) in-person opportunities to meet and get to know the rest of the team.
