As a Talent Acquisition team member, you would be project-based as we ramp up our staffing efforts throughout the year. This is a short-term opportunity with the potential to become a rotating member of our team. This is a fast-paced remote work environment where your ability to multitask, proficiently utilize Office 365 and work full-time with weekend overtime as needed will be paramount to your success. As part of the BDSmktg recruiting team, you are responsible for generating leads and creating innovative solutions. You are the main point of contact between your candidates and hiring managers throughout the screening, interviewing and onboarding process!
Responsibilities and Duties - Phone screen potential candidates and evaluate candidate’s responses to determine whether they meet the required skill set.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of viable candidates for future opportunities.
- Connect with Lead Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager on candidate qualifications
- Communicate on a regular basis with Hiring Managers to foster a close business relationship
- Provide timely and consistent updates to Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager
- Support and promote best practices recruitment initiatives including ATS and candidate pipeline initiatives, employment branding campaigns, and Employee Referral Program
- Gather information and provide updates and information to Talent Acquisition Manager in terms of market intelligence, competitive patterns, industry best practices, etc.
- Maintain the candidate’s profile and interview feedback in our ATS.
- Maintain the Recruiting Department’s administrative reports as needed
- Perform completion of reports on recruiting activity in a timely manner and as requested
- Assist with special programs and promotions as necessary
- Meet and/or exceed set goals and deadlines on a weekly and quarterly basis
