Overview
Our rapidly scaling medical education technology company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will work with our engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to deliver the best learning experience possible to our users and accelerate our growth as a company.
This is a hands-on position in a unique, distributed start-up environment, so we are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and to work with team members across the organization.

About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to create a first-class user experience and ensure that we accelerate the acquisition and retention of current and future clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leveraging data and critical thinking skills to define a strategic framework and own and prioritize a roadmap to drive user growth & retention.
- Providing outstanding cross-functional leadership with our engineering, product design, marketing, and content teams, in order to improve our user experience and achieve strategic goals.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of key learner segments and advocating for their needs.
- Owning, and eventually, creating key product and business metrics to contribute to company revenue growth goals.
- Mentoring more junior members of the organization, including other product managers.
This position is full-time and remote.
Qualifications
- 5+ years driving customer-focused product initiatives, including owning the product development process from end to end.
- Comfort with strategic framing and prioritization on complex business problems
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
- Track record of successful collaboration with UX, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
- Adaptable. You are flexible and versatile with projects, goals, and strategies. You move quickly with change and stay open-minded.
- Proactive. You seek out new ways to help and problem-solve with your team members. You don’t wait for someone else to pick up the slack.
- Entrepreneurial. You are a proven executor and work diligently to produce excellent results with limited time and resources.
- Lifelong learner. You consume content (podcasts, blogs, books, etc) that is relevant to your craft, our company, and our customers and you apply these learnings in your work to make sure you are as effective as possible.

Preferred attributes
- Knowledge of SaaS or subscriber-based platforms
- Experience in education, health care, or related fields
- Experience scaling distributed teams with high growth products
- Experience mentoring more junior team members
