Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in federal proposals, technical writing, and/or project management/coordination
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to balance multiple projects with superb accuracy, results-oriented
- Demonstrated experience developing and refining written content for proposals or other contractual deliverables
- Prior experience writing in an IT environment/IT solutions
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills; both verbally and written
- Experience with and proficient in the use of common tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, which promotes and supports the required full array of services necessary in a small business office environment
- Ability to work successfully and collaboratively in a matrix environment and proven record of fostering effective team collaboration
- Experience preparing graphics or flowcharts strongly preferred
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Demonstrated ability to counsel and effectively influence with and without authority; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management; ability to project a confident leadership image to peers, subordinates, and executive management.
