The Role

The Launch team’s goal is to set clients up for long-term success. We’re seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Account Manager with expertise in digital marketing and a proven track record of managing mid-market and/or enterprise clients to play an integral role in our Customer Success department. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Professional Services and support teams in this role to drive measurable results for clients within the Pilot Program and Launch (onboarding) period.



Responsibilities and Duties
  • Represent Ceros to our customers and provide full account management within the Pilot & Launch (onboarding) period by building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Maximize the Pilot to Subscription conversion rate, followed by successful onboarding within a Subscription for increased adoption & long-term success
  • Operate as the Ceros expert and the lead point of contact in a Pilot & Launch period for any platform, use-case & strategy related matters
  • Identify multiple ways Ceros can make an impact for our customer’s business through education of relevant use cases & project ideas
  • Educate customers & promote the wider Ceros ecosystem including Professional Services, Educate, Support, etc.
  • On-board and train new clients on the Ceros platform according to their needs and objectives
  • Work alongside sales to cultivate and expand client relationships with key decision makers at the VP and C-level suite
  • Bring value beyond the technology by sharing relevant content programs, inviting to events and strategizing with the wider Customer Success & Revenue teams on additional value-adds
  • Quickly identify accounts at risk, understand why and take action to mitigate those risks

Practical skills we anticipate you having:

  • 3+ years of customer success/account management experience, preferably in a SaaS business environment
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Analytical, project-oriented and process-oriented mindset
  • Must have a sense of design and fundamental understanding of digital marketing
  • Understanding of the marketing landscape (marketer’s planning cycles, pain points, roadmap)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow relationships and drive platform adoption within the customer’s organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
