For this position, we are looking for candidates located in Canada.
What You'll Do
As a recruiter on our growing talent acquisition team, you’ll partner directly with leadership to help Shogun hire the best remote talent across our business. You will develop and execute the recruiting strategy for your reqs, from finding, attracting and sourcing candidates, to managing the interview process, and negotiating offers. You will use data insights to advise our hiring teams, ultimately providing an exceptional and efficient candidate and hiring team experience.
Need to have
- 3+ years of experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in-house and/or with an agency focused corporate recruitment
- A proven track record developing innovative top of funnel strategies, including sourcing initiatives, to ensure there’s a diverse range of qualified candidates
- The ability to build trust and long-term relationships with hiring managers to guarantee a steady stream of qualified candidates
- You are highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience delivering against set OKRs/KPIs
- You are curious and continually look for opportunities to use feedback to learn, grow, and develop your career
- You collaborate with the recruitment team to influence decisions, inform solutions, and drive action to continuously improve our overall effectiveness
