We are building a team of Contract Recruiter Coordinators that will be a combination of centrally located coordinators combined with a team of remote employees who are committed to building a great candidate and customer experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process. Job Summary:
The Contract Recruiting Coordinator (RC) is responsible for receiving Customer Service-related applicants from the Sourcing Team and provide final candidate screening to select and match the individuals with Aston Carter's clients. Candidates will be guided through a client-specific hiring process by the RC who will outline next steps, client feedback, and potential job offers. The RC must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with applicants, candidates, and internal partners daily.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct candidate screening (to include interviews, reference checks, skills verification, etc.)
- Assist candidates with drafting resumes and preparing for interviews with clients based on specific knowledge of the client and the position
- Track, maintain and update candidate success profiles to improve client fill rates
- Responsible for attaining production goals as outlined by the Delivery Manager and client-specific needs
- Administer job offers, prepare pre-employment screening, and engage On-boarding Specialists to provide a quality experience for our candidate
- Meet daily collaboration expectations with Sourcing, On-boarding, Delivery Manager, and any additional internal partners
- Action oriented individual who can work well with others, problem solve, and respond in a timely manner
Minimum Education/Experience/Abilities/Skills:
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1 - 2 years' work experience
- Customer service or recruitment focused experience
- Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide proper follow up
Let's Talk Money and Perks:
Aston Carter offers an hourly rate of $19-21 per hour (based on experience), a cell phone allowance, and a completion bonus. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Location: can be remote, but preferred locations is Dallas/Addison, TX
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to go permanent or promote to other opportunities within the organization.
Pay: $19-$21/hr based on experience, overtime available
Hours: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
