Position: DEI Project Manager/Coordinator

Job Description
As a DEI Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting logistics, metrics, and reporting across multiple learning and development projects. If you are someone who frequently takes initiative, values accountability, and picks up new skills quickly, we want you! In this role, you should expect to manage internal and external relationships, work across a variety of functions, and communicate with senior leaders.
This role is open to part-time work, at a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. You can be located anywhere in the United States with work hours overlapping with the Pacific Time zone.
Responsibilities include:
Display high accountability and follow-through to ensure continuous progress across all our DEI educational programs Manage logistics in learning management system and calendar system Configure surveys using Google Forms or Culture Amp to measure the effectiveness of our learning programs Deliver a standard cadence of reporting and measurement to your DEI and L&D program managers, including telling the story of the data using graphics and visuals on Google Slides Communicate with participants for enrollment and tracking across multiple learning programs with overlapping timelines Document processes and best practices as we scale and grow the employee base
Skills: Preferred requirements:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years work experience in a coordinator or project manager role Strong GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and calendaring skills Aptitude for technology and systems administration Detail-oriented and user-focused outlook Manage confidential information with discretion Actively manage projects in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment, including prioritizing tasks and transparently communicating with team members on timelines
