Your Role in Our Pack:

 

This is a full-time position in our Ankeny office for local candidates or remote for the right candidate.

 

As an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator, you will be an important driver of growth for our sites & properties and vital in working alongside other pack members and independently on a variety of projects and programs that we have in place. You will coordinate & own many outcomes and projects for our website, Amazon, & Chewy product listings, sites & properties, you will coordinate many design & development projects, A/B tests, CRO projects, on-page SEO, NPS management, email marketing, oversee customer success, flash & lightning sale scheduling & execution, among other initiatives. This role will allow you to become a Pet Parents® expert, and through this, you will not only be a problem solver when it comes to tackling maintenance & growth initiatives with our sites & properties but also in improving our various listings, sites, & programs.

 

On top of maintaining & overseeing the design & development of our sites, listings, & properties, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate and add to other marketing projects, design projects, product innovation, research, data management, the list goes on. You will anticipate needs, be a clear & concise communicator, and help serve as a go-to resource and problem solver for our fellow pet parents, as well as our pack members.

 

This role requires an uber-precise focus on project management, critical thinking, an eye for good design, accuracy, creativity, problem solving, data analysis, execution, out of the box thinking, organization skills to help us advance different projects & grow & keep our relationships with our customers and their fur-babies.

 

You will wear many "hats.”

 

You will have the opportunity to become an expert in the pet industry.

 

You will use data to a/b test & drive change for positive outcomes

 

You will help expand an email list of 10,000s.

 

You will own product listing & website, design & development with our design & development pack

 

You will be a wizard in data analysis and sniffer of opportunities

 

You will spot trends, cause-effect dynamics, and bring ideas & plans to life

 

You will work in a fast-paced environment with constant hands-on projects.

 

You will also be an organizer, researcher, problem-solver & planner.

Must have at least 1 of the following:

 

Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role

 

Minimum 4 years of experience in an eCommerce role

 

Minimum 4 years of experience in a UX/UI role

 

Minimum 4 years of experience in an email marketing role
