Overview
As our Executive Recruiter at CommonSpirit Health, you will partner with our leadership team to attract and hire executive level (VP and C-Suite) talent across our enterprise. You will be responsible for understanding our footprint, sharing talent insights, and build proactive candidate pipelines. In addition, you will manage a full life-cycle search as the internal expert, leverage external partnership, and help us works towards our vision of building healthier communities.
Every day you will focus on creating a positive candidate experience for applicants from beginning to end. You'll collaborate with leadership to better understand the skill sets they need to fill their open jobs with quality hires. You'll implement recruiting strategies, engage passive candidates and be an active talent ambassador.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be a master negotiator, proactive communicator, confident, adaptable, and an excellent multi-tasker. You also need to be comfortable using our applicant tracking systems (ICIMS) to manage applicants and social media platforms to enhance engagement.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a talent advisor - Demonstrate domain expertise and thought leadership to clients and partners; assess candidates and provide talent insights to leaders
- Build relationships - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the executive leadership team, candidates, external search partners (when appropriate), and external community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, trust, and credibility
- Network and engage diverse talent pipelines - Source to create a pipeline of candidates passively seeking their next opportunity. Innovate on ways to build an executive level talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues for dynamic senior level talent
- Tell our story - Provide a compelling value proposition to potential candidates about the company and opportunities in our organization
The successful candidate demonstrates:
- Strong judgment and executive presence to interface effectively with and advise senior executives
- Domain expertise partnering with multiple stakeholders including your TA partners and business/operations clients
- Market Intelligence that will showcase your ability to have demonstrated utilizing market intelligence and creative sourcing to identify, build, and maintain candidates pipelines nationally
- Ideal candidate will possess high energy, is highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
Qualifications Degree/Experience:
- 10 years proven recruiting experience placing VP and above level roles
- BA/BS degree required and/or a combination of relevant work experience
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

A compensation range of $93,000 - $120,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit Health may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
