Essential Job Functions
May generate leads by conducting research and/or utilizing a variety of resources and tools.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits Screens and qualifies candidates to present to the businesses.
Mines the Internet for passive and active job seekers in technical and professional positions.
Screens candidates for placement criteria and provides written summary of skills and abilities to hiring area.
Identifies candidates for consistent/ repetitive recruiting efforts.
Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent.
May establish relationships with front line managers.
Provides input for monthly reporting of all recruiting activity, highlighting successes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Negotiates offer with final candidate.
Provides support and initiates new hire process. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of three years of corporate/technical recruiting experience
Government contract recruiting experience is a plus
