Job Title: Sr. Corporate Recruiter
Job Type: Contract, 9+ Months
Location: Remote/WFH 100%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting including; offer process and letter generation, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/turndowns.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager and HR Business Partner
- Own and define staffing strategy and deliver a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers; Educate and train business partners and hiring managers on hiring.
- Effectively manage and build relationships and consult on industry trends with both internal and external business partners.
- Engage in strategic staffing initiatives including process improvement, system enhancements, integration of new tools and technology.
- Partner with functional areas HR Business Partners to; Collaborate across teams to support improvements and share best practices; participate in workforce planning, and to share market data to align with hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process, including pre and post hire employment documentation.
- Perform other recruiting tasks as required by the Talent Acquisition leader.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years, full lifecycle recruiting preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven track record implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Demonstrated excellence building strong client relationship
- Skilled talent advisor with the ability to influence stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using ATS systems
- Experience recruiting back office functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proven ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology based recruiting techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing and referral programs
- Proficient in skill and behavioral based interviewing and other innovative selection methods
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across the company.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage trusting relationships
- Possess a wide range of experience on current corporate recruiting policies, practices and industry trends
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts
