Ideal Candidate: We would consider 2 levels of candidates: Either a minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in high volume hiring situations (contact center/operations/services etc.), or an experience recruiter who has done mid-high level professional recruiting
This position will perform and deliver on full life cycle recruiting activities in a high volume hiring environment. This individual will be responsible for recruiting including but not limited to proactively sourcing and screening talent, identifying opportunities for branding to attract early career talent and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience
Duties and Responsibilities
• Screens and evalutates candidate for qualification and cultural fit, including reviewing and assessing appliant qualification, making hiring recommendations, and utilizing the applicant tracking system
• Proactively identifies avenues to attract applicants through various avenues including social media, networking and directed recruiting events and activities
• Partners with hiring managers to define their entry-level talent, recruiting and job requirment needs in order to ensure internal and external job descriptions and postings are on target to attract highly qualified candidates
• Support high voluming hiring initatives for contact centers and operations roles across the organization
• Leverages sourcing tools and resouces to drive active and passive candidates to current open requisitions
• Perform virtual interviews and manages and/or coordinates interview events for hiring managers, ensuring the hiring team is properly prepared and candiates are thoroughly evaluated and have a postive experience
• Creates a diverse candidate pipeline for positions to support diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies
• Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within recruiting
• Maintains knowledge an current and emerging talent market trends for reruiting, assesses the impact, and collaborates with mangement to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future recruiting approaches
• Monitors the applicant tracking system and maintains timely updates and outreach to applicants
• Performs and delivers on routine projects while similtaneously levereging and applying knowledge of recruiting practices
Education
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
1 - 3+ Years experience in recruiting that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required). Recruits/sources talent, conducts interviews, identify top talent, checks references, coordinate offers and launch pre-employment onboarding. Provides a positive experience during both the pre and post hire process. High volume/non-exempt recruiting experience is a plus. will recruit talent across all regions of the United States.
