We deliver Recruiting On Demand services for our clients to help them grow their employee workforce in a flexible way. We deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including recruitment marketing, recruiting, onboarding coordination, and leadership support for each of our valued clients. 360 Talent Avenue is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our expanding organization. As a Recruiter, you will be filling high-volume and specialty roles for our clients. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume requisition load, while meeting time-to-fill deadlines and monthly offer and hire targets
- Effectively screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
- Function as a consultative partner to hiring managers by conducting thoughtful intake sessions, presenting sourcing strategies, and providing recommendations for the business
- Formulate and execute strategic sourcing methods to build a pipeline of passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media channels, local networks, employee referrals and other creative sources
- Act as a brand ambassador for our clients to increase awareness of our their organization and job opportunities
- Revise and update job descriptions to ensure they reflect the role and attract the desired candidate profile
- Extend offers and accurately document recruiting activities within our client’s applicant tracking system and/or shared candidate tracking documents
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience as a Recruiter
- Experience recruiting for solar field positions is preferred
- Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
