Kiso Senior Living is hiring for a remote recruiter to support our West Coast communities.

What will I do every day?
- Manage the full cycle front line Recruiting process for our East Coast Communities
- Provide a best in class candidate experience
- Develop a strong understanding of our culture
- Have a "hands on" approach to sourcing and hiring the best front line Associates to work at our communities
- Schedule interviews
- Build a strong network of candidates, attend networking events, partner with schools for career events
- Be responsible for building relationships with our hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Understand how our communities operate and how they each one is unique
- Be flexible with changing needs
- Provide top notch customer service to the communities you recruit for
What will I need to be successful in this role?

- At a minimum a high school degree but ideally you graduated from college
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a busy recruiting/HR department
- You must have outstanding customer service skills
- Ideally you will enjoy a fast pace work environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change
