We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team!
As a full lifecycle Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, decrease our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best consultants in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to understand business objectives and meet hiring needs.
- Create structure and rigor around candidate management/experience.
- Source and access talent within a highly competitive recruiting landscape.
- Define, develop, and execute on recruitment strategy but not limited to: direct sourcing, industry networking, internet/social media recruiting, employee referrals, and relevant trade and industry organizations.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers by understanding business objectives and providing solutions to talent needs.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisitions effort of redefining recruitment processes of employer branding, social media, revamping job descriptions, and the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- High sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player that can work independently as well.
- 1-3+ years tech/non-tech recruiting experience.
- Previous agency or consulting firm recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates.
- Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Solid understanding in effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Passion for recruiting and demonstrating curiosity to stay abreast of current trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with technology and social media applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, messengering systems, and applicant tracking tools.
