Executing full-cycle recruitment needs by developing relationships with and creating an optimal experience for candidates by utilizing all available recruiting methods - sourcing, candidate selection, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
Strategize on ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns; for urgent and future hiring needs
Data driven and analytic approach to managing the process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics
Maintaining candidate records in databases (via Google Docs, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System)
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all requisitions within the company across multiple business functions
Helping create critical competency / job descriptions, and developing search strategies to manage the candidate and hiring manager experience
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives and events, including but not limited to, assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent and engaging with community partnerships
A minimum 5 years’ experience of In-house, full-cycle recruiting experience preferred or agency
Excellent research skills
The aptitude to be detail-oriented and organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The aptitude for learning new skills and new platforms/tools
Experience working on multiple requisitions across a variety of roles supporting multiple hiring managers
Demonstrable ability to maintain productivity in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities and complex requisitions
The ability to handle confidential recruiting documents and information
