As a full-cycle recruiter you will work with our People Operations leaders and hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and build a recruiting strategy around it. You'll refine existing tools and processes, as well as develop new programs, to ensure we always have a pipeline of the best talent. This is an opportunity to join an early stage company and have a significant impact as we build out our recruiting function from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (Support, Sales, Operations, Program Management, Marketing)
- Work with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, feedback forms and hiring rubrics for various roles
- Source and build a healthy, consistent, and diverse pipeline for various roles
- Define, monitor and communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics and how they map to the hiring needs
- Conduct and share candidate experience surveys so we can continually improve
- Ensure we are utilizing our ATS (Lever) efficiently; always working to make improvements
- Decipher interview feedback and help stakeholders make hiring decisions in debriefs
- Define and implement Flight’s sourcing strategy, including but not limited to cold outreach, events, university relationships, and content production (ex: blog articles, social media)
- Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
Who we're looking for
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Familiarity with the customer support outsourcing business model
- Worn many hats and are flexible in partnering with different teams depending on company priorities
- Knowledge of market, competitors, and applicable events
- Passion for meeting all types of candidates, understanding what drives them, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
