Sr. Technical Recruiter

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.Cadence Design Systems is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract) for a 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension. In this role you will actively source and recruit talent, while ensuring employment compliance and providing a diverse candidate pool for our hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruiting corporate recruiting experience, ideally in the semiconductor or technical software space, along with the ability to source passive talent and drive the recruiting process.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Full-cycle recruiting for one or more R&D, Field Applications, or G&A organizations.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruiting best practices
- Represent Cadence at university and D&I focused recruiting events
- Ensure employment compliance, including export compliance
- Mentor junior members of the recruiting team
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ corporate technical recruiting experience
- Semiconductor or technical software industry experience preferred
- Expert level of knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
- Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Exceptional passive candidates sourcing skills
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and extensive past use of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
