As one of EPG’s recruiters, you’ll be responsible for helping to build a pipeline for all types of positions such as engineers, technicians, managers, and more.

The hired candidate will:
- Lead efforts to become more efficient and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain quality relationships with candidates
- Work with contract recruiters and ensure time is being spent in the right place
- Source, recruit, screen, and submit candidates for assigned positions in an innovative and growing market
- Have a deep understanding of our clients needs product, needs, and requirements
- Have the opportunity for growth within the organization
Requirements
- Highly motivated, attention to detail, and quick learner
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ or more years of technical recruiting (engineers, developers, etc.) experience
- Strong interest in the electric vehicle and autonomous vehicle industry
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc…
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office skills and Google Doc Skills
- Strong references
- Ability to work from home
