We are seeking two (2) full-time Sr. Technical Recruiters for our National Capital Region!

The successful candidate will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment which includes identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for technical positions. This is an opportunity for a tailored compensation structure and the chance to change someone's life by finding them their dream job supporting some of our Nation's finest federally contracted programs.

Job Duties:

  • Interface with hiring managers (both internal and external) to learn more about their openings
  • Work with candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle, from discovery to submittal and close
  • Daily documentation of candidate and client interaction
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc
  • Provide right candidate the first time and will be responsible for ensuring that only those candidates who are the perfect fit for a particular requirement are submitted
  • Use recruiting tools such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn and other applicant sourcing resources and/or knowledge management software to fill assigned orders rapidly with qualified candidates
  • Deliver exceptional service; remain engaged with all candidates to build a professional network that result in further business opportunities

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five (5+) years’ recruiting experience, federal recruiting preferred
  • Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals
  • Experience working in metrics-driven environment
  • Must be able to handle high-volume, fast-pace, and a collaborative environment under direct supervision
  • Self-starter that takes action without being instructed
  • Strong interpersonal skills in influencing decision makers
  • Persistence and superb follow up
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, loves contacting and networking with people
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Proven recruiting expertise and experience in resume writing
  • Ability and experience to articulate complex requisition requirements along with negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Experience working with automated applicant tracking systems

Desired Experience

  • Experience in Federal recruiting
  • iCIMS experience

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
