Summary:

Our client, a top 10 national bank, is looking for its next Corporate Recruiter. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment and will be responsible for bringing together the right candidates for the right opportunities. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert supporting hiring managers in multiple lines of business. A key part of your responsibilities will include the ability to contribute every day on delivering the highest quality recruiting services to our hiring managers.


The Corporate Recruiter must have previous experience with recruiting in a sourcing, high-volume corporate or staffing environment.


Corporate Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Subject matter expert with recruitment resources such as social media, name generation, direct sourcing, and other internet tools
  • Ability to communicate the Company’s mission, vision and culture
  • Ability to establish credibility, build positive partnerships, including the ability to negotiate with and influence applicants
  • Previous experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), experience with Workday is a plus
  • Expert competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry required
  • Previous experience recruiting all types of Specialty Commercial Lenders preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Corporate Recruiter Description:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting
  • Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and conducting phone interviews
  • Consult with the respective HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to determine recruiting strategies
  • Significant focus on sourcing, networking and pipeline generation. Will utilize job boards, social networking sites and other resources for building a pipeline of talent. Builds networks as well as other innovative sourcing techniques to find qualified passive candidates
  • Build a pipeline around candidates
  • Collaborate with HRBP’s, Hiring Managers and Senior Executives with candidate offers
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees; including constant engagement from offer acceptance through hire date
  • Responsible for maintaining detailed recruiting activity, applicable metrics and candidate management, including required documentation within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly talent acquisition metrics
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment laws, including EEOC and affirmative action guidelines and laws; monitor and apply recruiting best practices
