Contech Systems is looking to expand our Recruiting team; We are searching for a few Technical Recruiters that can come in and grow with us. We are open to junior, mid-level or senior candidates who are intelligent and competitive with integrity that will develop a deep understanding of our process to find the best IT talent in the marketplace.

Individuals with current or former technical experience (Developer, Systems Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Modeler, DBA, etc.) are encouraged to apply to this role.
Responsibilities:
- The Technical Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for contract and direct hire opportunities within client organizations
- Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions
- Utilize multiple internet resources, including the Technical Recruiters own creative networking techniques to source candidates
- Track and manage all candidate and client interaction in JobDiva, our CRM/ATS tool
- Conduct phone, webcam and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates “fit” and technical competence
- Negotiate candidate's contracts and terms of employment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees
- Participate in daily meetings where you will collaborate with management, peers, and account managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (IT preferred but will consider other disciplines) - in lieu of Recruiting experience we will consider someone with a technology background
- Any technical recruiting experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of IT terminology and processes
- Experience building a network, pipeline, and database of candidates
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates for technical, communication, leadership, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team as well as hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs (technical requirements of roles, the function and how it fits into the organization) to establish effective processes to support hiring goals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have great written and oral communication skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented
