Sales Operations Manager - REMOTE


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Sales Operations Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and implementation of commercial excellence programs across the business, focused on driving sales productivity and secured order growth. The successful work in close partnership with the leadership team and the commercial organization to align on priorities and together build strong commercial fundamentals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales objectives
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal closure
  • Develop a reseller network, perform due diligence, and maintaining channel pipelines in the CRM
  • Refine and simplify the ecosystem in which sales professionals win; such as sales coaching, configure – price – quote (CPQ) and marketing automation
  • Plan commercial process including sales quota design, capacity and productivity planning, performance and KPI tracking
  • Act as subject matter expert for applications, tools and processes forming the commercial ecosystem


Requirements

  • Business operations experience in Project Management and implementing process improvements
  • At least 5 years of Sales Operations and/or Partner Development experience
  • Deep working knowledge of CRM, CPQ, and sales enablement tools
  • Experience in Sales Pipeline and Forecasting proces
  • Experience using business analytics to identify solution
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret real time data
