About The Position
SSIMWAVE aims to redefine how video is distributed. Having the viewers and their experience as the starting point, the company produces the SSIMPLUS score and the tools to use them to impact how is building the global sales team, we are looking for a motivated individual that will perform as a growth driving force and help customers to find solutions to video production and distribution challenges. In this position, you will be leading our sales efforts, directly and through reseller partners.


Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Lead and manage the overall sales process and required internal and external coordination
  • Actively develop sales opportunities, manage customer interactions, communications, trials, and Salesforce reports
  • Develop new customer interactions, either directly or through reseller partners
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with our existing customer base
  • Maintain appropriate metrics for sales funnel management in Salesforce
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Expected to travel (50% or less)
Skills and qualifications:
  • 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience in a comparable industry, Media & Entertainment Industry strongly preferred
  • An understanding of SSIMWAVE’s market: products, players, and technologies
  • Experience taking deals through the sales cycle from engaging customers to closure
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Experience in selling products or services in a start-up and scale-up environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with marketing and sales software applications; preferably with Salesforce
  • Additional languages are a strong asset
