LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a REMOTE TEMPORARY RECRUITER in Minnesota.
Title: Recruiter
Type: Contract 4-6 weeks (could go longer)
Location: 100% Remote APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN MINNESOTA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $27.00 to $30.00 per/hour
Description:
- Source, identify and pre-screen qualified candidates using ATS systems, referrals, internal websites, networking and printed advertisements.
- Generate, track and manage leads while providing timely feedback to the hiring manager.
- Assist with negotiations, extending offers and on-boarding needs for new hires.
- Establish new and maintain existing client relationships by cultivating open and positive dialogue, delivering high-quality service and continued candidate pipelines.
- Communicate duties, compensation, benefits and working conditions to potential candidates, enabling solid understanding of job expectations.
- Provide hiring managers with well-qualified, multifaceted job candidates to fill open positions.
- Demonstrated Knowledge of ATS systems
- 2+ years recruitment and/or TA Coordinator experience preferred
