Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive methods for approximately 45-50 requisitions at any given time
Develop a strong understanding of the business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements.
Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs.
Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis
Recruit in adherence with OFCCP regulations and procedures to ensure compliance
Provide relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as needed
Log all notes and actions in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner
Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with any onboarding related manners when necessary
Provide ad hoc reporting to the TA Manager and/or hiring managers based on request
Escalate any urgent matters to the proper party; TA Manager, hiring managers, other HR functions
