For over 23 years, CyberCoders has been providing Executive Staffing Solutions to client all over the US in several different industries including Information Technology, Software Engineering, Civil Engineering and Construction, Bio-Tech and Architecture. In 2021, we successfully grew our business by 30% in year over year sales and already in 2022 we are on target to achieve further success. Due to this growth we are currently expanding our internal sales organization and we are looking to hire candidates who have transferable B2B sales experience. What You Will Be Doing
  • Full-desk, full-cycle recruiting for a diverse client base.
  • 360 degrees control, accountability and ownership of the sales process.
  • Build a sustainable desk of business via email marketing, networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn (you get a LinkedIn recruiter seat day 1) and through other effective sales tools.
  • Receive world-class training from our training and development team and managers throughout the organization
  • Recruit the best talent around through our expansive network, tools & technology we use daily
What You Need for this Position
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred plus a Minimum of 1 year of Agency Recruiting experience OR 1 year of B2B sales.
  • Prior experience working in a role where you are hunting for new business and/or generating and converting sales leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cold Calling- Business Development / Lead Development
  • Prior experience utilizing Marketing or Sales Software for drip marketing campaigns, Applicant Tracking System's or Sales Generation tools is preferred.
