WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We are a remote first company with the exception of a few positions being onsite in our designated locations. The positions which are remote you will need to be able to travel a few times a year. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with your team members.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Nymbus is seeking a Recruiter with full life cycle recruiting experience who will collaborate with department managers within Development and Engineering and broader. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of recruiting expertise and handle a large volume of requisitions and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a recruitment and sourcing strategy across all departments.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates as needed/directed
- Coordinate all elements of the candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide support throughout the recruiting process.
- Strategize and develop sourcing channels and facilitate the onboarding of professionals into Nymbus.
- Partner with our hiring managers to build diverse pipelines of talent and execute on our diversity hiring strategy.
- Manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers, and team members, managing issues appropriately and escalating as required.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics
- Facilitate in the Interview Training sessions and Orientation Activities as needed.
- Manage Glassdoor employer site and other employer brand relevant activities.
- 3+ years eExperience as a full lifecycle recruiter.
- A track record in organization, skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, managing data and achieving deadlines.
- Experience sourcing and closing for multiple positions at a time and managing an ever changing requisition workload.
- Some knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Experience with Mac and G-Suite programs is a plus.
- Experience hiring entry level through senior level candidates.
