This proactive approach helps them fill positions more quickly when they do become available. Hire at least (8) per month, each month.
Strategic Networking: Top performers excel at building and maintaining relationships within their industry. They connect not only with potential candidates but also with industry experts, educators, and other significant individuals who can provide insights and potential leads.
Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s culture, mission, and values to potential candidates.
Influential Communication: They excel at selling the organization and the role to candidates. They can articulate the benefits, culture, and opportunities in a way that's compelling and appealing, effectively influencing top talent to choose their organization over others.
Negotiate Offers: Collaborate with TA Manager and hiring managers to negotiate job offers. This includes discussing salary, benefits, start date, and other contractual terms. Maintain an Offer Acceptance Rate of 75% or better.
Flexibility and Adaptability: The recruitment landscape is dynamic, so the best recruiters are those who can adapt their strategies and approaches based on changing circumstances. They're quick to adopt new tools and technologies that can enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
Emotional Intelligence: Top recruiters have a high level of emotional intelligence. They're skilled at discerning candidates' motivations and expectations, and they use this knowledge to navigate negotiations and make compelling job offers that are more likely to be accepted.
Understanding the Industry: The best in this role have a deep understanding of the BCBA, OT, and SLPs fields, keeping up to date with the latest developments, trends, and challenges. They can speak intelligently about the field and understand the unique value proposition that their organization can offer to these specialized professionals.
Candidate Experience: Outstanding talent acquisition partners focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. They're responsive, provide timely feedback, and treat each candidate with respect, ensuring that even those who don't get the job may still become advocates for the company. Maintain an 85% or better candidate experience rating.
