The Graphic Designer will be required to visually engage, inform, and inspire target audiences across all market segments within Marcone. The designer must be highly creative and capable of visually conceptualizing ideas through print and digital media. A successful candidate will understand branding and marketing, but also be able to vary design style and layout to convey appropriate marketing campaigns for diverse market segments throughout the company. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating supporting visual materials for the development of marketing and visual communication campaigns.

What will you be doing?
Conceptualize design project scope from start to finish while maintaining company branding
Create print materials such as promotional flyers, product brochures, sell sheets, and posters
Review and proof designs for grammar, spelling, and functionality accuracy before publishing
Manage and maintain multiple project deadlines at varying levels of completion
Edit photography for such as on white product photography, glamour shots, and lifestyle imagery
Create custom artwork for customer product customization involving laser engraving and etching
Create trade show supporting materials such as swag design, and promotional flyers
Create mockups of design materials for conceptual visualization of size and layout relativity
What you bring to the table?
Proficient in graphic design fundamentals
Excellent knowledge of proper grammar and communication skills
Proficient with a Macintosh computer
Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Capable of accepting constructive design criticism
Willingness to incorporate or perform design changes or edits recommended by others
Proficient with Adobe programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a graphics field
Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Graphic Design
