360training is looking for a talented Production Artist freelancer to help us reach our goals. The right person will work with our Creative Manager to take established conceptual and strategic solutions and implement the files for digital and print channels as required. You will be supporting projects that span integrated marketing campaigns like email, social, blog, and display advertising.

Responsibilities
Create pixel-perfect designs, which cover a variety of mediums including banner ads, infographics, social assets, sales collateral, etc.
Produce compelling digital assets that can be used across different marketing channels.
Maintain organization of assets and files.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred, or equivalent experience.
1-2+ years of design experience working with a marketing team. Agency experience is a plus.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Skills with UI and Adobe XD is a plus.
Experienced in digital and print design.
Strong attention to detail, creative skills, and deadline oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Able to take direction along with the concept and create independently.
Knowledge of best design practices for general digital and print design, including current trends.
Comfortable accepting feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to adapt when tasks, projects, and dates change.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and produce.
Editing photos and updating designs.
Organizational Skills. Experience with Asana and SharePoint a plus.
Willingness to learn about regulatory online training (no prior knowledge required)
