We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter Administrator with experience managing Zoho Recruit and connecting it with LinkedIn. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating the candidates' database, optimizing the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in Zoho Recruit to connect it with LinkedIn, leveraging the platform's capabilities for sourcing and managing candidates.
Effectively utilize LinkedIn to source and engage with potential candidates, expanding the talent pool and ensuring a strong pipeline.
Take ownership of the candidates' database within Zoho Recruit, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Regularly update candidate profiles with relevant details such as qualifications, experience, contact information, and interview feedback.
Implement proper categorization and tagging of candidates to enable efficient search and retrieval.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand their requirements and assist in defining job descriptions, skills, and qualifications.
Streamline the hiring process by ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Implement and maintain recruitment workflows within Zoho Recruit, automating repetitive tasks and ensuring consistent processes.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
Assist in conducting pre-employment assessments or tests as required by the hiring process.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter Administrator, specifically managing Zoho Recruit and connecting it with LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management, and database administration.
Proficiency in utilizing Zoho Recruit for job posting, candidate tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with LinkedIn's recruitment functionalities, including sourcing and engagement.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
