The primary effort of the Recruiter/HR Specialist is to manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding of new employees. The Recruiter will be responsible for staffing current openings and assisting the business development team by providing quality candidates/resumes in proposal efforts. Additionally, this role also serves as a point of contact for employees regarding any HR item, including questions about HR policies, benefits, and HR programs.
This position can be remote or onsite in Knoxville, TN and must work on Eastern time zone office hours.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available, but could also be performed remotely. Work may be performed at the MSLLC offices or remote. Occasional travel may be required. Work is mostly sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Must have good vision and be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
