TCS Education System is seeking an International Student Recruiter within the Global Engagement team. This role will report to the Director of Global Engagement.
The International Student Recruiter supports TCS Education System’s mission of preparing innovative, engaged, purposeful agents of change who serve our global community. Responsibilities include coordination, promotion and facilitation of international student recruitment initiatives and programs. The International Student Recruiter executes international student recruitment strategies for TCS Education System colleges and universities. The role is responsible for generating leads, participating in conversion activities, agent management, and other channels to achieve student targets across the Community. The International Student Recruiter will also travel frequently, nationally and globally, up to 50% annually.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operationalize TCS Education System’s student recruitment and marketing plans.
Key regions of responsibility include Southeast/east Asia, South America and Canada.
Achieve international recruitment targets by focusing on return on investment (ROI) through management of international admissions funnel and conversion.
Recruit undergraduate and graduate international students to the System via multi-channel local, national, and international recruitment efforts.
Execute in all recruitment activities including agent training, student recruitment/ conversion events, information sessions, and webinars.
Deliver market insights and accurate enrollment forecasts through consistent, specific, and detailed reports to key stakeholders.
Coordinate with Marketing and Communications team to ensure marketing materials promote value propositions for an international audience.
Identify opportunities to increase international student presence through international recruitment and external support organizations.
Recruit students from ESL/Language programs across the nation and globally; assists with ESL/Language program and services.
Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all international activities in the CRM database.
Deliver agent training, assessments, and evaluations of agent performance.
Liaise with agents and Admissions team to ensure compliance with regulatory and SEVIS requirements.
Coordinate on-campus visits for international students and agents.
Provide support to new and prospective international students to assist in acclimating to the university and to the U.S.
Promote international admissions through online platforms, social media, and System websites.
Assist admissions with agent and student inquiries throughout the application process, including application review, process, and acceptance of students.
Communicate with admissions team regarding student pre-departure briefings and orientations.
Assist with international student orientations, cultural events, and other events sponsored by TCS Education System.
Serve as international liaison to the System’s international student organizations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; TEFL or TESOL certification a plus.
Three or more years of direct experience working with international education programs, international student services and/or higher education administration within a multi-cultural environment.
Two or more years of direct experience successfully working with international agents.
Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the success of activities and report appropriately.
Comprehensive knowledge of the student recruitment landscape as it pertains to TCS Education academic programs.
Knowledge of immigration rules and regulations pertaining to college admissions policies and procedures.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM system.
Proficiency with social media platforms; website editing a plus.
Experience managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment desired.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while working independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate domestic/international time zones.
Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity is budgeted at $50,000-55,000 base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
