Job Description
This position will source executive-level roles on behalf of all divisions of the company for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements.
Pay range is between $63,849 and $90,327. All salaried exempt positions are eligible for incentive. This position is remote from Denver with willingness to travel into the office once a month.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR executives to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy on potential candidates
Research into competitors and market place
Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
Transition the final candidate to the HR representative to ensure candidate’s transition and onboarding process goes smoothly
Network and build a strong talent pipeline
Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)
Research and develop recruiting leads
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
At least five years of experience in exempt level recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Client focus along with relationship-building skills
Business acumen and market insight
Effective influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality

Supervision Given and Received
Supervision is given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Supervision received: Works under general supervision of VP of Human Resources. Receives guidance on a broad set of goals.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
No adverse or hazardous conditions
Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
