The Role: Clinical Recruiter, West Coast
Location: Remote, West Coast
About This Role:
We are looking for a personable, organized individual to help bring energy and professionalism to our clinical recruiting process!
As our Clinical Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent team. You will work to broaden the visibility of Hazel Health among mental and physical health clinicians. You will be knowledgeable of recruitment best practices and creative in getting in front of passive candidates. You will ideally have experience creating and managing a clinical onboarding process and have a solid understanding of cross-state clinical licensing (Ex: LCSW, LMFT, MD, etc.)
What You'll Do:
Collaborate on effective recruiting plans and strategies on a state and national level
Create and manage job postings on our careers page and external job sites
Manage clinical candidates from application through hire
Review and screen clinical candidates for roles within our clinical teams
Interview candidates for a variety of mental health clinician roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
Build and maintain relationships with clinical associations to increase Hazel brand awareness
Use a multi channel approach to source and recruit qualified clinical talent
Prepare reports, records, and track metrics
Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
Work with the leadership team to determine staffing needs and projections
Support in training and educating hiring managers on appropriate interview and hiring procedures
Continue to build and improve our clinician hiring process
Provide a positive candidate experience with consistent communication and regular touchpoints
Attend in-person and virtual hiring events, as needed, primarily on the West coast
Additional duties as assigned
Your Background:

Required: Prior experience recruiting clinical/mental health candidates in West Coast states
Strong preference given to candidates with a clinical mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with mental health associations and organizations within the West Coast
Ability to travel occasionally to in-person events as needed
Undergraduate degree in relevant field is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a recruiting role within a fast-paced, start-up environment is required
Ability to creatively attract passive candidates in a difficult market
In-depth knowledge of the mental health landscape, including awareness of key players, initiatives, emerging trends and clinical licensure process
