The Anywhere Brands Marketing team is looking for a Head of Field Marketing to lead the marketing and brand narrative for the Century 21 Brand. Reporting to the CMO of Anywhere Brands, this individual loves building relationships, building brand narratives, and is a great collaborator with our marketing and sales teams. As the network-facing spokesperson for Century 21 Marketing, this Leader will be called “C21 Marketing Lead” externally. This person will be responsible for leading brand and marketing communications across our network of outstanding Century 21 Brokers and Agents. You will be a critical member of the Marketing Team, acting as the voice of the network internally, and the voice of the team to the network.

Marketing at Anywhere Brands, and especially Century 21 is going through an exciting evolution. Under the leadership of our new CMO, and a renewed focus on three key areas of marketing including Partner Marketing, Brand Engagement, and Growth Marketing, it’s an inspiring time to join the team. This is the perfect role for a dynamic Marketer, Storyteller and Brand Ambassador who is motivated to curate and evangelize the great marketing offering to the tens of thousands of Century 21 Brokers and Agents. Given the scale of the brand network, an experienced and dedicated C21 Field Marketer will report to this person.

Key Responsibilities

Network insights: Qualitatively and quantitatively track broker and agent sentiment from overall brand and marketing satisfaction to specific challenges and needs across the network

  • Develop process to collect qualitative network feedback from self and marketing team members
  • Lead individual and group network conversations to collect qualitative feedback
  • Develop process and structure to package and share-out network feedback

Marketing Narrative: Through a detailed and real time understanding of the C21 Marketing offering - across tools, products, programs, events and more - develop a monthly, quarterly and annual narrative promoting this marketing offering

  • Partner with key team members across brand, growth and product marketing to have awareness of marketing initiatives across brand, as well as enterprise product team to stay abreast of key product updates. Develop format to record and track
  • Based on network insights and marketing offering, develop marketing narrative for brand that drive visibility and usage of brand marketing programs, products and initiatives
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to collaborate on any product or program launches via GTM planning process

Communications Strategy: Develop overall strategy for network communications developing a steady drumbeat of updates to the network.

  • Develop, deliver and maintain and overall network communications strategy
  • Strategy should include multiple channels not limited to: email, network work sessions, formal presentations as well as one-on-one conversations.

Network Marketing Ambassador: Deploy in person and virtual network communications as the network-facing “Marketing Lead”, the face and voice of the C21 Marketing efforts to the network.

  • Develop and deliver virtual and in-person presentations to the network and groups within the network
  • Partner with creative team to develop marketing + sales enablement presentation assets
  • Host 1:1 calls with brokers and agents
  • Present marketing offering in Franchise Sales Meetings
  • 25-40% travel expected, predominantly for major events across the brand, brokers and industry
  • Not responsible for deployment of digital nor automated comms

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, added sales or sales enablement experience a plus
  • Experience with sales enablement and/or product marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication skills – able to effectively drive action (engagement, logins, usage, opens, etc) as well as positive perception through effective communications
  • Leadership/people management experience preferred
  • Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Track record of building relationships, listening and gathering insights
  • Experience with public speaking in live and virtual settings
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and indirect leadership across marketing and non-marketing teams
  • Strong visual aesthetic with experience leading design/creative partners in the development of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track workflows and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range

$140,000 - $155,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
