We are looking for a Recruiter, to join our Talent Acquisition team! Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role will be passionate about our mission to support those who need it most in our healthcare system. What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you will be a key business partner in supporting the human capital growth of Diverge Health. While you’ll support talent acquisition across the enterprise, you will directly own the execution of the talent acquisition program that identifies, assesses and hires our Health Coaches, the team that drives our patient support model. We are looking for someone who is proactive with a high sense of urgency, and exceptional communication and follow-up skills. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, this Recruiter will be responsible for networking with social service and community organizations to build candidate pipelines. This individual will serve as a thought partner on the broader talent market, working with the Talent Acquisition manager and leadership to calibrate expectations against the reality of real-time market feedback. Additionally, this individual will play a role in supporting broader functional areas as they come online including onboarding, talent data and systems, and orientation as needed.

Key Areas You’ll Add Value

  • Managing our health coach recruiting program, including facilitating end-to-end recruiting process for Health Coaches across all our markets
  • Supporting tools and technology evaluation, implementation and standard use to support ease of candidate identification and engagement as well as pipeline transparency and reporting.
  • Using data to provide business transparency to pipelines and market feedback, process efficiency, and experience feedback and to guide iterative review of our needs and how they align to the external talent market.
  • Facilitate a superior experience with all stages of candidate interaction; on behalf of the Diverge Health brand, create word of mouth differentiation in the talent market based on your communication, follow-up, and follow-through with candidates and networking referral sources.
  • Manage all recruitment processes, proactively escalating challenges and barriers to business partners, acting with urgency and over-communicating to drive key talent needs to close.
  • In conjunction with the People team, plan conduct, and organize Interview Days to interview multiple candidates in person
  • Support the candidate onboarding process ensuring seamless communication and back-end execution from offer acceptance through the first day.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Partner to develop early broader talent processes and programs ensuring a seamless integration into our evolving business.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Proven ability to work with high volume recruiting
  • Extensive experience with proactive sourcing across different platforms and candidate populations.
  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS
  • Demonstrated experience successfully learning different industry or business domains to cover a broad spectrum of recruitment needs and speak knowledgeably to the external market.
  • Ability to stay organized across multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong sense of urgency and propensity to over-communicate internally and externally around recruitment process and outcomes; demonstrated track record of execution.
  • Comfort with data as a foundation for supporting recruitment efficiency, business partner communication, and as a measure of performance; Experience framing business partner discussions with qualitative and quantitative recruitment data.
  • Ability to travel 25%

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
