Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Good logical skills and a sound mind
Quick learner and tech Savvy
Good communication and negotiating skills
Smart, ( with fresh Ideas ) & genuine
Wants to make a career in Human Resources
Fresher / May have prior internship experience
Ready to do phone 50-70 calls every day or 3 hours talk talk
For Sourcing profiles use of Social media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram etc)
Manage the IT and non IT Recruitment Process
Posting & publishing job descriptions on our network and different portals.
Sourcing candidate smart way/methods and free Database from job portals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
